Educational Professional Services (EPS) is dedicated exclusively to supporting E-Rate applicants. Led by Dr. Teri Lawrence and Travis Franks, who bring over 26 years of experience with the E-Rate program in Louisiana and as independent consultants nationwide, EPS offers trusted, expert guidance tailored to the unique needs of schools and libraries.
Each year, the E-Rate program, administered by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), provides up to $4.4 billion in discounts on critical broadband services. These funds help ensure schools and libraries can afford high-speed internet and reliable Wi-Fi, fostering equitable access to learning. Discounts are based on poverty levels and geographic location, making E-Rate support vital for many communities.
